In 2003, she founded her Architecture and Design Studio in Vilamoura, and in 2010 opened STOA, a space dedicated to interior design and creative expression. Throughout her professional career, she has developed a multidisciplinary approach that combines architecture, design, and the visual arts.
Alongside her work in architecture and interior design, Brígida Apolónia has cultivated a strong passion for painting as a means of exploring creativity beyond the boundaries of functional design. Through her artworks, she expresses emotions, memories, and personal reflections, using color, texture, and composition to create evocative visual narratives. Her paintings reveal a sensitivity shaped by her design background while embracing the freedom and spontaneity of artistic expression.
